Refund and Returns Policy
Replacement Policy
A replacement may be provided within 15 days from the date of purchase subject to the following conditions:
- Valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Customer must submit clear photo or video evidence demonstrating the product malfunction.
- Product must not have any physical damage, misuse, liquid damage, burn marks, tampering, or unauthorized repair attempts.
Upon verification, Callone Imports Pvt Ltd may provide a replacement product at its sole discretion.
Refund Policy
A customer shall be eligible for a 100% refund only if:
- The product is found to have a manufacturing defect.
- The product is returned without any physical damage.
- The defect is verified by our technical inspection team.
Refunds shall be processed through the original payment method or any other method deemed appropriate by the Company.
Physical Damage Cases
Products returned with:
- Broken parts
- Cracked body
- Bent connectors
- Water or liquid damage
- Burn marks
- Customer-induced damage shall not qualify for replacement or refund.
In such cases, if repair is feasible:
- Applicable repair charges and service costs may be levied.
- The repaired product shall be returned to the customer after payment of applicable charges.
Final Inspection
All replacement, repair, and refund decisions shall be subject to inspection and approval by Callone Imports Pvt Ltd.
The Company’s inspection findings shall be final and binding.
